An exciting opportunity has become available for a Vehicle Preparation Controller to join our team in Salisbury. This is an ideal position for a Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Controller or a Technician looking to remain within industry but do something different with their knowledge, skills and experience.

**The Opportunity**:
You will be responsible for vehicle preparation for all new and used vehicles within the Group, taking ownership of the entire vehicle preparation cycle. In this role you will:

- Oversee the coordination of all vehicle preparation within a dedicated region of the Group.
- Be accountable for the entire vehicle preparation cycle from arrival at the preparation centre through to valeting and final photography prior to sale.
- Effectively manage stock digitally using the company in-house stock management tool, working closely with our Logistics team to ensure the prompt arrival/collection of vehicles.
- Work closely with our Sales & Service teams to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of stock logistics and work required for vehicle preparation.

**About You**:

- Ideally experience within a service department in the motor industry.
- Understanding of systems and processes used within a Service environment (such as CDK/RTC), would be advantageous but not essential as training provided.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional planning, organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise according to changing site requirements.
- Work well under pressure.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience.
- IT proficient.
- A full UK driving license.
