**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions to support business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all BI systems
- Develop and maintain BI reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to decision-makers
- Stay current with the latest BI trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements

**Skills & experience**
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Highly organised individual that can work under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - fun and outgoing personality
