We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **CPI Trainer** to join our team here in Leicester.
**Contract**: Full-Time, permanent contract.
**Hours**:40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
**Pay**: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Please note a driving licence and your own car is needed for this role.

- Proactive person who can use your own decision making
- Strong knowledge of using PBS and of Trauma informed care.
- Able to demonstrate legal and professional framework consistent with current national standards, restrain reduction network, & human rights.
- Currently CPI trained
- Train the trainer certificate
- Good Attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Good communication skills
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
**Key responsibilities**:
- To contribute to the delivery of our induction programme to new recruits including safeguarding, medication, autism and CPI
- To deliver refresher training
- To deliver CPI foundation and advanced and emergency courses across all our service
