**About The Role**
allpay Limited are now recruiting for Client Services Support Apprentice to join our Client Services Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office.

You will join a friendly, professional and dedicated team who pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of Customer Service.

Reporting to Client Services Support Team Leader, in this role you will learn to provide support to our clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolution of queries across 12 different products and bespoke portals.

Some other key elements of your new role will include:

- Learning and maintaining relevant internal procedures.
- Recording and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Reporting, logging and communicating faults.
- Working towards taking ownership of complaints and resolution.

Please note that after successful completion of the first year in Apprenticeship, the salary will increase to £19,729.13 p.a.

**About You**
- To be successful in this role, a friendly and approachable attitude will be essential.
- You will enjoy helping people and will be keen to learn and develop excellent customer service skills.
- You'll be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, and have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
- You’ll have an excellent work ethic, work well as part of a team, and have high attention to detail.
