**THE ROLE**

Bambu are looking to expand their superstar team with an outgoing senior bartender who is hard-working, fun-loving, enthusiastic and sociable who thrives when working as part of a team in a busy environment.

We’re looking for an individual who brings fun energy to the team and aren’t afraid of a little hard work. We want to provide our guests with the best Wind Street experience by creating memories that will last them a lifetime

Your role as Head Bartender is to supervise, support and coordinate the bar team. As Head Bartender you will be responsible for introducing new products, testing new recipes, ensuring that beverages are stored properly and maintaining supplies. This role requires a proactive attitude and great attention to detail to ensure your team are performing to their full potential and in line with company expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Introduce new products in the venue
- Ensure all products are available at all times
- Train team on cocktail specs to ensure pass rate is above 80%
- Organise Mise-en-place
- Score 100% compliance on Alert65
- Ensure the bar is kept in order and setup and close downs are managed effectively
- Help and mentor the team with areas they may struggle
- Ensure yourself and the rest of the team give the best customer service
- Ensure the bar area is clean and kept to the highest standard of hygiene
- Be fully conversant with the Licensing Act 2003
