Our team is based in offices in Newcastle and Manchester

We are on an exciting journey of growth, and we are looking for adriven and talented Tuition Manager to be part of our NTP North branch.

**What is a Tuition Manager?**
As a Tuition Manager at TP Tutors, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils.

You will take responsibility for managing the tuition offered to schools within a specific location assigned to you. This will not necessarily be a location where you are geographically based, whilst this role is based in Manchester you will occasionally berequired to work from our Preston office to best understand the needs of the area. You will support schools and tutors in co-shaping the delivery of the Company's tuition solutions under the National Tutoring Programme.
**You will**:

- Understand the business objectives in relation to delivering the NTP and drive results in line with this
- Provide effective feedback to senior management and Tuition Director in relation to the NTP via monthly remote meetings
- Successfully manage the induction of tutors for the NTP including professional development courses
- Develop your allocated geographical area by selling the NTP to relevant and new using schools.
- Conduct online meetings with schools to discuss and sell the benefits of the NTP
- Effectively match schools with suitable tutors for NTP placements
