**Network Engineer**
A Network Engineer is required to join a growing company based in Hereford. Working as a Network Engineer, you’ll be expected to travel to customer sites across Herefordshire, providing best-in-class Network Support to a range of customers.
**What will I be doing?**
The successful Network Engineer will provide support to complex networks and infrastructures across client sites. The Network Engineer will be expected to travel between sites, fixing faults, solving complex tickets as well as sometimes providing more basicsupport as and when required.
**About the company**
The Network Engineer will be joining a growing MSP working with an extensive client list. The company has grown over the last few years on the back of a strong, supportive team of IT professionals providing excellent support to their external customers andhigh-levels of customer service. The Network Engineer will be joining a company considered to be an excellent place to work with high levels of employee retention and a focus on training.
The ideal Network Engineer will have the following experience;
- Supporting complex networks
- TCP/IP, DNS
- Supporting switches, routers and hubs
- WAN / LAN
- Handling install, configuration and ongoing support tickets to conclusion.
- Supporting firewalls and network security.
