We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team for immediate weekends and for the summer season. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about customer service.

**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality standards.
- Support staff as needed

**Skills**
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Experience in food preparation or a culinary background is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive in helping others.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
