**Job Title**:Senior SHE Advisor

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading and delivering an improving safety culture which ensures compliance with all Company SHE legislation
- Leading, developing and managing a team within a complex safety engineering environment
- Providing leadership for the implementation of the management system
- Ensuring compliance with the SHE Management System, mitigating risks and improving overall SHE performance
- Implementing the SHE management strategy across the programme adopting the principals of CDM where appropriate
- Influencing the design of the vessels taking into consideration build ability of the product to reduce risk at the build and commissioning phases
- Project leading for identifying SHE risks/opportunities and lessons learned to improve cost estimates, product design and production processes

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- Experience of working as a SHE professional in a high risk environment
- Knowledge of SHE Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and Guidance
- Evidence in previous roles of driving safety culture and safety improvements
- Investigation and Report writing evidenced within CV
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent

Desirable
- Audit and investigation skills
- Experience of working in a Manufacturing, Production or Construction environment
- Ability to deliver training / coaching
