What's in it for me?

We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Team Leader for our client based in North Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding logistics company.

Hours of work: 7pm - 7am 4 nights per week on a 2 week rotating shift pattern

Salary - £28,000 + 10% nightshift premium

Day to Day Duties
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
- Maximise efficiencies throughout the warehouse, prioritising and assigning workloads
- Briefing and Debriefing drivers - checking paperwork, keys etc. back in / out
- Working in line with company’s Health & Safety procedures
- Completing various KPI customer reports
- Dealing with absences, investigations and disciplinaries
- Dealing with breakdowns
- Training new starters (drivers and warehouse)

Essential Skills
- Experience within a Transport / Warehouse role and environment
- Computer Literate
- Work well under pressure
- Strong leadership
- Strong Health & Safety focus
- Great team player
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills (verbal and written)

Desirable Experience

Previous experience as a Team Leader would be desirable but not essential
