Exceptional opportunity to join an impressive business near Heathrow on a six-month basis initially and to start ASAP, working remotely until new updates from the government.

**The role**
- Manage the Customer Claims
- Process orders
- Liaison between Order /Logistics management and Product Management teams
- Manage and report daily sales
- Validate and process orders
- Provide status information on back orders
- Manage the end-to-end process for Channel Swaps and Buy Backs
- Ad-hoc duties

**What you will need to be successful**
- Excellent communications skills
- Analytical skills including use of Excel
- Problem solving
- Exceptional mathematical skills
- Order processing experience
