The key skills required will be the ability to build positive working relationships and trust and the commercial mindset and confidence to challenge stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering standard and ad-hoc financial analysis to the SLT to support the strategic direction of the team and drive long term sustainable growth.
- Supporting the annual development of budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Monitoring performance against plan, providing challenge and insight to senior stakeholders as required.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Developing financial models to provide financial insight and improve commercial awareness across the team.
- Presenting key insights in an impactful and easy-to-understand manner

You will be:

- Part/Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience Accountant
- Background in Chartered Practice or Industry
- Strong analytical skills and high degree of proficiency with MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
- Ability to influence and challenge and build strong relationships across the business.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
