We are embarking on an exciting new venture which aims to deliver an experience that will create unforgettable memories for visitors to the City of Edinburgh. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and driven individuals who thrive in a customer environmentand who enjoy meeting people from all around the world to promote our tours and products.

You will be providing a great customer experience in Edinburgh, you'll work on your own initiative, act as an ambassador for the City Tour service across the City Centre selling tickets and tour packages promoting City attraction discounts to visitors andtourists on the City centre streets and help provide customers with an experience that will last a lifetime. If you have knowledge about the sights and attractions of the great City of Edinburgh then that's a bonus In return, we offer a great package of benefitsincluding a competitive hourly rate, a company uniform and a sales commission scheme. In addition to the posts being permanent we also offer seasonal employment either full or part time to suit you.

**On-Street Sales Advisor Requirements**
- Selling tickets and tour packages for an open-top City tour bus and promoting City attraction discounts to visitors and tourists on the City centre streets
- Drive sales in a competitive and fun environment to increase their earning potential
- Act as an ambassador for the City Tour service across the City Centre
- Assist and interact with customers to answer queries tour bus sightseeing queries
- Deliver ongoing customer care for customers as they use our service
- Selling the benefits of the City Tour services to prospective customers
- Generating sales of tickets for the City Tour service
- Meeting sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service
