This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent upon skills and experience, and benefits package.**:
Start and finish times will need to be flexible, however mainly around office working hours in general.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Must have
- BICSc
- Handyman (experience)
- Cleaning (experience)

Demonstrable experience in cleaning, painting, plumbing or flooring in a construction, repair or maintenance environment..

Understanding of Legionella control techniques e.g. tap flushing

**For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential**
