I am currently looking to recruit a Head of Digital Support for a friendly company based in South Bristol
This is a Permanent Full Time Role (part time/ flexible working options considered)
Salary you will receive will be £38,331 - £50,803 depending on experience
You will work for a company that represents and supports practices in Bristol
You will be responsible for
- Representing general practice in system meetings, ensuring their requirements, viewpoints and challenges are clearly presented, understood, and appropriately taken into consideration wherever possible
Digital expertise and leadership on behalf of the company executive team
Generating income via new digital projects and contracts
- Communicate and provides highly complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. (Verbal, written and numerical)
- To attend all statutory and mandatory training courses specific to this role and to adhere to relevant health and safety procedures
- To be available for staff meetings, team meetings and meetings with managers
- To have a good understanding of and follow company policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and with all stakeholders including members of the public.
- To summarise information to support staff performance and development reviews with line managers
- To meet regularly with the line manager to discuss objectives, delivery and manage any issues as well as attend performance and development reviews
- Be an excellent ambassador for the organisation in all external dealings
- Developing, managing, and promoting Digital Support Service to members
practices and PCNs, and to GPCB, Integrated Care Partnerships/Board
- Delivering digital support activity in line with the objectives and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dealing with and escalating risks/ issues as appropriate
- The initiation, development, and delivery of Digital Support for funded workstreams and contracts, dealing with and escalating risks/ issues as appropriate
- Line Management of Digital support colleagues
- Programme management of multiple digital projects and coordination of resources
Skill required to be successful are
Project management qualification desirable
Experience of working in primary care desirable
Experience of working at a system level in health and care, working closely with other providers and commissioners essential
Able to monitor and evaluate project work to facilitate the achievement of project objectives while ensuring projects are kept to agreed timetables and budgets Essential
Strong contract management skills Essential
