**Location: NN2 (Office-Based)**
**Salary: £23,810 per annum**
**Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday**
**Holiday: 28 days, inclusive of Bank Holidays**

ID Card Centre is a multi-award-winning supplier of identity and security-related products. From ID card printers to access control systems, we provide a complete range of products for clients in the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, and events. Our new, purpose-built offices are in NN2, within walking distance of bus routes and local amenities.
Due to continued development and growth, we are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our ambitious and supportive Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales administration or support within a business-to-business environment, who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team to convert leads into valued customers and drive business growth. Your core responsibilities will involve administrative support, data management, and customer communication to ensure efficient sales processes and a smooth customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Team Support**:
- Set up new customers on CRM and manage order processing.
- Follow up on missing sales order information and payments.
- Prepare and issue quotes, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Identify accounts with growth potential and allocate to the appropriate salesperson.
- Maintain customer information in the CRM to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
- Contact suppliers to gather up-to-date pricing.
**Reporting and Data**:
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports (manual or automated), such as sales pipeline, quote reports, and conversion rates.
- Perform regular CRM maintenance: account manager allocations, managed account statuses, and customer details updates.
- Research and compile data on new customers to identify growth opportunities.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in sales administration or support in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel and other general computer skills.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear and confident communication for system training and feedback.
- Sound commercial awareness and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in English.
