**About the Role**
A welcoming and well-respected 21-bed residential and dementia care home in Felpham is looking to welcome a dedicated **Night Care Assistant**to their close-knit team. The home is based in a peaceful seaside village setting, providing the perfect environment for high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a full-time, permanent night shift position, ideal for someone who values creating a calm, supportive space for residents through the night. You’ll be key in maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort for those in your care, alongside a friendly and experienced team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide overnight personal care with respect and sensitivity
- Assist with evening settling and early morning routines
- Conduct regular wellbeing checks and respond to needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout the home
- Accurately log notes using digital care records
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high care standards

**What You'll Need**
- Previous experience in a care setting (especially night shifts or dementia care) preferred
- A caring, reliable approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends
- Basic digital literacy or willingness to learn systems
- Enhanced DBS (funded by the employer)
