**The Role**:
In the Regional Engagement Manager role you will be primarily accountable for identifying new opportunities to generate revenue and improve the company's profitability.
Specifically you'll be tasked with organizing on site events and customers to ensure their satisfaction.
This is a field-based role covering the Manchester region, so if field-based work doesn't suit you please do not apply.
To be the right person for Regional Engagement Manager role you will need direct experience of excellent customer service. We also need you to have prior experience of identifying new opportunities.
It's also essential that you've got experience of developing and maintaining great work relationships with clients and colleagues.
It's important that you also have the following:

- A good understanding of technology
- The ability to confidently engage with your clients
- Excellent communication skills
You'll also need to be the following:

- Willing to travel
- Confident, engaging and have a resilient personality
- A strong communicator

**The Package**:
The basic salary for the Regional Engagement Manager role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
In addition, you can earn a personal performance bonus of up to £10,000 per annum should you hit your personal targets.
You'll also get the benefit of the ability to earn uncapped commission with the role.
