**Role Overview**

This role is based in **evo**’s offices in Normanton, Wakefield and reports into the Head of Corporate Marketing who is based in Swindon.

The Corporate Marketing team consists of seven people (including this role). The team also regularly collaborates with the wider marketing team based in Normanton as well as all sales teams within the group.

**Role Objective**

Working within a successful and dynamic B2B company, the Corporate Marketing Executive will help to plan, co-ordinate and execute marketing activity across EVO’s brands - Banner and VOW Wholesale - with social support for Staples.co.uk.

The overall aim of the team is to position and support each of our company brands, raising awareness amongst key target audiences across public and private sectors, and supporting the sales teams with their new business efforts.

This role will have a particular focus on social media, events and content marketing, but will also work across website, PR and new business campaigns.

**What will I be doing?**
- Managing the social media channels (incl paid social) for all brands and working with the Head of Corporate Marketing to administer our social media strategy within budget
- Management of all events (internal and external), including event administration, event kit, promo gifts, communications and social media
- Writing, administering and analysing content on our blog sites
- Internal marketing including updating sales teams on campaigns via webinars and intranet updates
- Administering our internal employee recognition schemes for Banner and VOW
- Supporting the Head of Corporate Marketing with public sector framework marketing in Banner
- Supporting the Head of Corporate Marketing with PR activity
- Supporting with any new business campaigns across the group
- Supporting the Head of Corporate Marketing with the development of the brand proposition and creation of marketing materials to bring that to life
- Supporting the marketing team with the production of our main annual product catalogue

**What are we looking for?**

**Qualifications / Experience / Attributes**

**Essential**:

- Experience in a B2B marketing role
- Social media experience as part of a marketing role (LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram specifically)
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a good level of professionalism to work with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the business
- Excellent organisational skills to manage projects on time and to budget.
- A self-starter with the ability to work without support when required
- Good time management skills. This role involves managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders and this person will need to be able to prioritise tasks
- Good team player. This role involves working very closely with the Corporate Marketing team, as well as the Campaign Marketing team and sales teams. Communication, knowledge sharing, and openness ensures the team is working effectively and continues to improve

**Desirable**:

- Experience of marketing automation platforms
- Copywriting skills
