**Job Purpose**:
The post holder will teach and manage learning / training on a range of business administration and customer service courses to progress our apprentices through a period of learning that enhances their ability to perform their current role to the highest standard and improve their chances of career progression.

The role is expected to deliver and assess on our apprenticeship provision and will include, classroom delivery, workplace visits, regular employer reviews, updating our E-portfolio system as well as liaising with relevant awarding organisations.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid teaching qualification and Assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, CAVA, PTLLS, CTLLS, or equivalent) **Essential**:

- Business Administration, or a related field (professional qualifications such as Business, AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly desirable).
- Proven experience in delivering training or teaching in Business Skills, preferably in an apprenticeship or vocational training setting.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship processes and standards, assessment methods, and regulatory requirements in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments that accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Experience conducting workplace assessments and engaging with employers.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to apprentices in Business Services, utilising a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate classroom instruction, online learning, and hands-on training to ensure apprentices acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.

**Curriculum Development**
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create, update, and enhance course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Workplace Visits**
- Collaborate with employers during workplace visits to assess apprentice progress and ensure alignment with training objectives and employer expectations and carry out eight week tripartite reviews.

**Assessment and Feedback**
- Conduct assessments of apprentices’ progress through formal and informal methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development.
- Maintain accurate records of learner performance, ensuring all assessment activities are fair, transparent, and aligned with learning outcomes.

**Learner Support**
- Provide individual and group support to apprentices, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement from all learners.

**Industry Engagement**
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in Business Skills to ensure that training remains relevant and current.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers to enhance the apprenticeship program and facilitate opportunities for apprentices.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to apprenticeships and vocational training.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the training program.

**Reporting and Administration**
- Maintain accurate records via our EPortfolio system of learner attendance, progress, and assessments, ensuring timely reporting to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on learner outcomes and training effectiveness to inform programme enhancements and decision-making.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
