The purpose of this role is to manage a team of operatives/technicians to ensure repairs, maintenance and void works are carried out safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. Our repairs team is supported by our dedicated planners, supervisors and managers so you will be joining a great, supportive team with a high focus on values such as teamwork and high performance. **The right fit** - You’ll have demonstrable experience of supervising a team of multi-skilled operatives/technicians delivering repairs, maintenance and void works. - You’ll have excellent standards of communication skills, both written and verbal. - You’ll have experience of delivering and supervising repairs and maintenance programmes. - You’ll have the ability to plan and prioritise workload. - You'll have experience of working to deadlines and agreed targets. - Full UK driving licence and basic DBS will be required. **Who we are** M&Y Maintenance and Construction provides responsive repairs, planned works, renewables, facilities management and new build services to clients across the North West.
