Are you someone that thrives in a busy environment and loves to organise? We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Senior Administrator to join our team, in order to provide comprehensive support to the business as a whole, as dictated by business activities and requirements.

**Reporting to the General Manager the post will involve**:

- Management of the company vehicles for the business ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and works are completed within the correct timeframe.
- Assistance and support the marketing requirements of the business, including online reviews, Facebook and Instagram posts and quarterly customer newsletters
- HR Administration for the business including clock machine reconciliation, holiday and absence trackers and online training requirements for the company.
- Providing support and assistance with FCA compliance and regulations.
- Assist in the generation of company KPIs and reports, as required.
- Supporting the overall functioning of the business, providing support and assistance in all areas, as required.
- Admin support on occasional Saturday required

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and conscientious approach to work
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake various responsibilities
- Capability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision in a busy office environment.
- Have a drive to succeed
- A team player
- Have excellent keyboard and MS Office skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
