**Key responsibilities**:
As a **Resourcing and Talent Advisor**, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide an effective and efficient day to day service to customers (both internal and external)
- Obtain and gain a full understanding of customer's hiring requirements
- Facilitate the resolution of queries, either from the bank worker or the customers
- Effectively manage the recruitment of staff via direct channels ensuring all avenues are explored prior to engaging external agency workers
- Support with liaising with internal stakeholders and agencies and ensure timely advertising of roles internally, externally and in the most appropriate publications.
- Be fully conversant with the talent and approval system (Job Train) and utilise this to help action all recruitment and staff establishment requests.
- Update the recruitment and establishment requests (SEAF's), updating the trackers and actioning these as necessary.
- Set up job files for vacancies
- Receive enquiries and prepare/distribute information packs regarding vacancies
- Ensure recruitment procedures are correctly and completely administered in all stages of the recruitment cycle
- Process all recruitment requests.
- Co-ordinate recruitment events for bank workers and permanent positions
- Facilitate, signpost and/or provide training for bank workers

**Skills & experience**:

- Excellent digital skills with the ability to use a range of IT packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent Sales Skills
- Experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant, in a customer facing environment
- Experience of working to deadlines and to targets
- Knowledge and experience of managing budgets
- Knowledge and awareness of the Further Education Sector
- Good telephone manner and able to deal with people of all levels
