**Salary: £22,700 per annum**
**Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Location: Hybrid working (Head Office and working from home)**
We currently have an opening for a PMO Support Officer to join our PMO team. You will provide reports, governance, control and financial support to ensure that the Society’s Change Programme is delivered.
The PMO Support Officer will work closely with the Senior PMO Analyst to produce reports that support governance framework, and carry out reviews on RAIDDs log, Project Plans and Steering groups.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Support the Senior PMO Analyst with project approach meetings, health checks and gateway reviews.
- Pro-actively book Steering Group meetings, maintaining an up to date timetable ensuring that all live projects have meetings scheduled. Produce Steering Group meeting packs and minutes where required.
- Support the consolidation of divisional resourcing data and production of the associated MI.
- Maintain the Change Programme Master Project List and folders for an accurate record of active and pipeline projects.
- Create and maintain timesheet records in Agresso providing data to Project Managers when requested and publish intranet documentation (project status updates, department's procedures and templates).
- Schedule and chair monthly cost review meetings with all Project Managers and Project Accountant to track and update expenditure on each project ensuring each cost type is understood. Recorded accurately and ensure these figures feed into both the Society’s month end reports and the project month end steering reports.
- Managing external costs: 1) Resource costs including days worked and costs incurred by Project Contractors and holding key contractor information; and 2) external supplier costs. Allocating these costs to the correct projects, ensuring invoices received are correct and that the correct supplier is paid. Produce monthly reporting.
**You must have**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail, in checking and challenging information provided.
- Ability to manage a number of diverse activities simultaneously.
- Advanced competency of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel to automate reporting.
- Ideally, experience of financial services and project management.
