37 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Full Driving License is required for this role.

**Summary of the role
You’ll play an important role with our client carrying out day-to-day, cyclical, and planned maintenance activities. You will provide support in analysing and improving the processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. You will supportthe maintenance team in providing a quality maintenance service and an excellent customer service for their customers. Driving License is required for this role

**Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform day to day maintenance activities as required.
- Work unsupervised in occupied/unoccupied premises, alone or with maintenance team or external contractors, depending upon the nature of works required.
- Communicate with maintenance team, customers and external contractors and advising on repair options and fault diagnosis.
- Install kitchens and bathrooms including material preparation and handling.
- Responsible for maintenance of power tools and company vehicle.
- Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
- Attend emergency situations outside normal working hours, if necessary
- Supporting different functions of the business to work together.

- Update knowledge by participating in training opportunities as required by the business.
- Understand and follow our clients’ policies and procedures always, including Health and Safety, Fairness and Lone Working.
- Take responsibility for undertaking the appropriate level of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check every 3 years, updating your manager of any changes in your status.

You may be asked to achieve additional objectives and tasks to respond to the needs of the developing service, as part of your own personal development or as the role evolves.
