Our global end user client is seeking an **ERP Technical Writer** to produce how-to’s, tutorials, user guides and knowledge based content for our client’s global finance systems. The ERP Technical Writer will have experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference coupled with a keen eye for detail. This is a 6-month contract role, outside IR35.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of technical writing experience.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by a variety of users both technical and non-technical.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience working to improve user experience: by refining content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
- Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training, presentations, or video conference.

**Advantageous**:

- 3+ years’ experience on NetSuite
- Experience of Kyriba, Docupeak, Concur & ServiceNow
- 2+ Finance Accounting knowledge

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Become an integrated and respected member of our highly motivated finance systems support team.
- Develop comprehensive support documentation that meets organisational standards and the needs of the target audience.
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
