We have an opening for a Customer Service Assistant to work from our Birmingham area sites at Birmingham Dental Hospital and Birmingham Royal orthopaedic hospital monitoring the car park and assisting users. Customer service assistants are a key part of our team and are in charge for the smooth and safe running of our car parks. You will be provided with full training.

You will be in charge of ensuring our sites continue to deliver a high standard of service, including overseeing the correct use, cleanliness, and front-line maintenance of each site when present.

**What you'll do**:

- Assist the Area Supervisor and Site staff in ensuring the car park is maintained and managed to comply with the service level agreement (SLA) between APCOA and The Bridges.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment inside the car park and on its approaches by car and on foot.
- In charge of providing a quality service during shift
- Responsible for operational control of the car park office / and all associated IT and communication systems at all times whilst on duty.
- Responsible for first line maintenance of all parking equipment whilst on duty.
- Responsibility for litter picking of all internal and external areas - paying particular interest in the “front of house” approach routes.
- Enforce APCOA policies and procedures ensuring they are implemented and interpreted effectively, meeting legislative, business and good practise requirements. To work unsupervised outside of “normal office hours”, as per work schedule.
- Be customer focused, proactive and aware of health and safety.
