**Benefits of being a Lettings Negotiator with Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff**
- Complete on-target earnings exceeding £35,000 per year
- Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (Dependent on experience)
- Performance Related Bonus of £600 to £750 for your first 2 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline
- Uncapped commission scheme

**A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator with Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff**
- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

**Essential Skills of a Lettings Negotiator with Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff**
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Basic IT skills
- Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings

**The Finer Details**

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK _(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) _
- We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
