Sales Co-ordinator

Our client, a prestigious market leader in their field are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Irlam. This main purpose of this role is to provide a key service between customers and other internal departments within the company to ensure a smooth order process for customers and is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business.

The main duties of this varied Sales Coordinator role will include:

- Providing the first point of contact for all customers for order processing and dealing with enquiries
- Liaising with customers, manufacturing plants and warehouses to ensure delivery is as and when required
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are met and exceeded at all times
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Liaising with Credit Control to keep customer accounts up to date
- All associated general administration duties

Skills & Experience:

- IT skills with a knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Be organised, hardworking and conscientious
- Be able to demonstrate strong team working skills within a busy customer orientated sales office
- Be confident in supporting both customers and external sales team
- Knowledge of construction industry products would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
