Polish/russian Hca

Support Worker required to assist the client with medical appointments - diary management, and attending and interpreting for the client. Ensure she is safe at home, so as to prevent risk of falls, or to be on hand in an emergency situation. Help oversee her exercise program as provided by the Physiotherapist.

Provide support with administrative tasks, such as bill management, that arise.

Support the client to access the community shopping, walking the dog and trips of interest to her, as well as for medical appointments.

3 shifts a week, 8 to 4 or 9 to 5

Female, Russian or Polish speakers preferred
