**TalentBoard** is currently recruiting **qualified Early Years Teaching Assistants** to support Early Years departments within local primary schools. We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with young children and committed to supporting their early development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support the observation and assessment of children’s progress.
- Help implement structured routines and learning plans tailored to early developmental stages.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Promote children’s emotional wellbeing and social development.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Support behaviour management in line with school policies.
- Provide guidance to other staff working within the Early Years setting.

**Qualification Requirements**
- A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of early childhood development and learning approaches.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to support inclusive learning and adapt to different needs.
- A genuine interest in supporting young children’s growth and learning.
- First aid or child safeguarding certification is beneficial.
