**Job Title**: Poolside Assistant

At Collette's Swim School, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for swimmers of all ages. Our team is passionate about swimming and committed to helping our students develop their skills while enjoying their time in the water.

**Position Overview**:
Hours we are looking for are the following:
Monday and Wednesday 3:45-6:45pm permanently then alternating every now and then Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Sunday.

With the start of term and the last two weeks of term being daily.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist swim instructors with class preparations and welcoming new customers.
- Monitor pool area to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside areas.
- Help with setup and breakdown of swimming equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management and customers.
- Very organised.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a swimming pool environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
- Swimming background (swimming club) is prefered but not required.

Experience

Ideally 1+ year in customer service.
