Our Client has openings for SHCA/Senior Support Worker for Part time - Days Shift in **Leeds, LS25** for their purpose-built residential home. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector.

**Job Details as HCA/Support Worker**:
**Job Type**: Part Time
Location**:Leeds, LS25**

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour for Days
Schedule: 8 hours - day shift

**Responsibilities as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll encourage independence, assist with daily tasks (including personal care) and implement care plans to meet the individual resident’s needs. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

**Requirements as SHCA/Senior Support Worker**:

- Have a genuine desire to care for others
- A good team player
- NVQ Level 3
- Good verbal and written communication skills
