**We are currently recruiting **
A Library Officer to work at Chorley Library. This is a permanent role, and you will work an average of 37 hours per week which will include some evenings and weekends, over a two-week rota (see attached rota)

**Your new role **
We are looking for a strong leader, who is customer focused and digitally savvy with the skills to manage a team of staff and volunteers. Our ideal person will be welcoming and friendly, have a love for reading and be passionate about sharing this. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the confidence to be able to work with a range of partners and volunteers.
Sometimes, you may be required to work at other locations and the role may involve some lone working.
