**Site Supervisor** You will have the drive to succeed and be able to manage people to achieve high levels of quality and within deadlines on construction sites. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a lunch break. **Are you the right person for the job?** - Qualified or time-served in at least one of the following trades with working knowledge: Plumbing, Electrics, Plastering, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Roofing, Landscaping, as well as Insulation or Decorating. - Excellent organisational and people management skills. - Self-discipline, pride and high standards in everything you do. - Excellent communication skills with a can do attitude. - Good time keeping and time management is essential. - A Full UK driving licence **What will your role as a Site Manager look like?** - You will work in owner-occupied properties, mainly managing jobs in the fast-growing wall insulation sector. - You will manage specialist fitters and external tradespeople the company may use. - You will pay special attention to Health & Safety, as well as keeping the work site tidy. - You will have good communication skills **Company** Our client is a family-run business, specialising in home insulation and all aspects of wall care.
