**Advancing People are looking for an experienced Marketing/Graphic/Digital Design person to work for a prestige company in Bedford. This role will pay up to £32,000 for the right person + 10% performance bonus........... and this role is Hybrid too**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Support the development of a strong brand awareness and market position focussing on graphic design and content creation.
- Work closely with the Marcomms Team Leader on all marketing activities.
- Develop, design and deliver marketing concepts and campaigns in collaboration with the Marcomms Team Leader and wider business unit teams.
- Be a driving force creatively to ensure we're always innovating and creating new experiences for our customers.
- Assist in the creation of all new graphics and digital marketing content in house, ensuring consistency against brand guidelines and optimised for relevant platforms.
- Creation of gifs and animation as required.
- Creation of new web pages for major events.
- Copywriting support on press releases, case studies, whitepapers and brochures.
- Manage marketing purchase orders and track all marketing spend.
- Support with in-person or digital training where appropriate.
- Support on event organisation and attendance.
- General administrative tasks to support marketing activities.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and drives for Marketing support.

**Key competencies**

***Experience and skills to include:

- Strong digital marketing, copywriting and content creation experience essential.
- Excellent graphic design skills and advanced Adobe Suite experience essential (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Graduate calibre with strong communication skills.
- Strong organisation and administrative abilities, creative and motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- SAP experience desirable.

**Hours are 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday**
