Our client, known as one of the leading UK Insurance brokers is looking to add experience Client handlers to their Personal Lines unit
The role will require:

- Experience of Motor and Home insurance(although strong motor OR home would be considered)
- Must have fantastic customer skills as will be dealing with a wide range of people (including pensioners)
- Hiring Manager is looking for someone who will be happy to work within this busy team and be prepared to learn and progress within.
- It’s a great role within a dynamic and fun team that provides excellent opportunity to learn and develop technically and personally.

Responsibilities will be that of supporting this busy Team who provide tailored Personal Lines insurance solutions to members of employee benefits schemes across the UK, you’ll use your sales and customer service skills to develop new business opportunitiesand enhance the user experience.
You’ll play an integral role as a Private Client Handler within this Development Team.
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and developing Client’s insurance needs
- Developing new business opportunities to achieve income and retention levels
- Enhancing client/ insurer relationships
- Developing a book of business through up selling and cross selling
- Understanding the market available to secure and retain all risks
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and will be making outbound calls to prospects.It’s essential that you have intuitive people skills and the confidence to deliver an amazing client experience through careful and tailored communicationas well as managing your prospect list with accuracy and confidence.
