This role requires **security clearance**, which we can facilitate if necessary.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects from tender to contract closeout.
- Support the preparation of project schedules using project management software. (Asta)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication of planning strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of reports on project progress.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Assist in liaising with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding planning and programming matters.
- Assist Planner(s) in analysing tender information and preparing tender programmes.
- Support Planner(s) in the development of master programmes.
- Assist in the analysis and support of labour resource and plant requirements.
- Assist Planner(s) in the preparation of preliminary schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement and information schedules.
- Support 4D Planning by linking 3D models to programmes, including progress tracking.
- Assist Planner(s) in assessing project progress.
- Aid in the production of graphical presentations using CAD and other tools.
- Coordinate and support the distribution of programmes.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the planning department.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Recent degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and construction methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- You must be a UK National to be eligible for this role, as per client requirements.
- Security Clearance (SC) will be required, which GRAHAM will facilitate
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Internship or work experience in construction or project management.
- Familiarity with Asta Power Project or similar project management software.
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
- Experience in conducting site visits and inspections.
- Basic understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Interest in process improvement and the ability to suggest and implement enhancements to planning and scheduling processes.
