I am currently recruiting for many different schools around Birmingham for Level 4/Higher level Teaching Assistants.
Aspire people have worked with these schools for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.
As an agency employed HLTA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
*Strong curriculum knowledge.
*Minimum Level 4 HLTA (or equivalent) qualification.
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to plan and deliver lessons.
*Confident with classroom control
