Dental Receptionist

Job description:
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for our patients within the practice. You will support patients throughout their visit in practice with Damira Dental Studios, providing a seamless experience from welcoming them when they walk in the door through to when they have finished their appointment with the dentist.
**Purpose of the Job**
We are looking for friendly and professional individuals with previous customer service experience to:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Book appointments and answer queries as required
- Take payments as required
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately schedule appointments, manage booking needs, and confirm up to date details.
- Ensure the patient has filled out a medical history form in the required time frame.
- Take payment from patients ahead of their appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions.
- Ensure the patient books their next recall appointment.
**Performance Expectations**
- Provide prompt, professional responses to all patient enquiries.
- Coordinate effectively with the contact centre team to streamline appointment scheduling and payment processes.
