As a** Administrator-Front of House and Box Office**with **Sodexo** in **Yarm Senior School, Yarm, TS15 9EJ**, you'll complete Administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner and assist with planning of events including labour costs of Hospitality Events. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.
**What you'll do**:
- To undertake any reasonable requests made by management To input Kronos information into the Sodexo computerized system if required
- To complete filing, shredding and photocopying in a timely manner.
- To complete all Administration in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety and Food Safety
- To complete all required paperwork correctly, legibly and in a timely manner with due consideration given to confidentiality of input and outputs.
- To attend training sessions appertaining to the post, including online training
- To undertake any reasonable requests made by management to ensure that the overall service standard is maintained.
- Ensure confidentially and timelines are adhered to
- Communicate with suppliers and IT help desk to ensure smooth running of site.
- Banking and cash handling administration
- Assist as require by management Front of House Duties
- Manage Box Office administration as and when required
- To ensure client and customer satisfaction at all times
- To follow all Sodexo’s Food Safety, Environmental and Health & Safety Policies at all times.
