JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4 + years PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
THE ROLE:
This specialist law firm continues to experience significant success and goes from strength to strength in the sector. They are looking to appoint a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team handling a wide rage of public and private sector health and socialcare clients. You will manage your own caseload undertaking predominantly Court of Protection or inquest matters primarily for the NHS, with opportunities to also work for independent sector health and social care clients and local authorities. You will beworking on cases nationality and high-quality legal services on complex matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor will have up to around 4 years’ PQE in Court of Protection work and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of health and social care matters, as well exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
