Are you interested in supporting international students in their journey to study at Manchester Met?

We have a new opportunity within the International Office to support the operational management and development of the University's pre-enrolment service for international students - primarily ensuring an exemplary CAS issuance service to support our institutional compliance with the UKVI regulatory framework.

We are looking for a proactive administrator with exceptional analytical skills, and:

- Knowledge of the international student journey from enquiry to graduation.
- Experience in providing a service to students or customers from varied backgrounds and cultures.

**About the role**:
Specifically supporting the University to meet its responsibilities and obligations to protect its Student Visa Sponsor status, you will **support** on the day to day operation of the University's pre-enrolment service for international students by:

- Reviewing student CAS requests
- Completing Right to Study checks
- Providing advice on diverse student enquiries, especially for those for whom English is not a first language.
- Proactive with strong administrative and communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office, especially in database maintenance and entry
