**What will you be doing in the role?**
- Press, steam, and finish garments to meet our high-quality standards
- Operate and maintain pressing equipment efficiently and safely
- Handle a variety of high value cashmere garments with expertise and care
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
- Interpret and check grading sheets depending on the type of garment you are working on
- Basic IT skills required as regular use of tablets
- Communicating with peer staff members and management to work effectively as a team

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the têxtiles industry is preferred but not essential as we can train people without any experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Can maintain good working relationship with internal staff
- Methodical and logical mindset
- An eye for detail and meticulous working standards
- Patience and perseverance
