**Main duties of the job**
**All professions are a valued part of the eating disorder team. We are looking to recruit highly skilled and experienced professionals preferably with demonstrable eating disorder experience perhaps within community or inpatient care who are able to work at Band 6 in supporting patients, the team and other agencies to ensure safe care of our patients. Our team deliver evidence based interventions such as MANTRA, CBT-E and FT-AN dependent upon patient age and need. They are also an essential part of ensuring the physical and mental health risks are managed through effective risk management and incorporates MARSIPAN guidance.**

The All Age Eating Disorder Service is forward thinking in developing care across the age range using evidence based treatments and providing quality, safe and prompt interventions.
As part of community transformation we are in the process of delivering our All Age model across the whole of the Black Country and are looking for dynamic practitioners to join our team. The service is part of the FREED network to deliver care for early intervention in the treatment of eating disorders and we are ensuring all of the service will deliver on prompt access and waiting times across the service regardless of age. The service is building its existing pathways around severe enduring eating disorders, ARFID, physical health care and our Outreach provision.
Our most recent CQC inspection of the service rated us Good in all areas and Outstanding in responsiveness and our vision is to work as a team to continuously improve. We have won a Trust award this year in recognition of our hard work and outcomes in working with our client group.
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The Eating Disorder Practitioner will have professional registration and qualification perhaps as a Nurse, Social Worker or an Allied Health Professional. The role will deliver on evidence based practice for eating disorders as part of the MDT. All roles in the MDT are important in bringing their unique skills and attributes to patient care.
