**Job Title: Learning Support Assistant**

**Location: Bridgewater**

**Type: Full-Time, Temp**

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in the educational journey of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing one-on-one support to students with additional or special educational needs.
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans to meet individual student requirements.
- Supporting small groups of students in their academic and personal development.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the success of each student.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A genuine passion for working with young adults with additional or special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring nature.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role or a background in education would be advantageous but is not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
