The new ward will join the 129 beds across 10 wards that provide Forensic Mental Health rehabilitation, PICU and ASD services, set in 21 acres of Berkshire countryside.

What you will be doing
As a qualified and experienced RMN, you will work 37.5 hours per week (12-hour shifts), ensuring Service Users receive high-quality care while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
You'll receive a £2,200 location allowance, £1,000 forensic allowance per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus, to ensure your suitability rewarded for your invaluable contribution to Thornford Park's success.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

A relevant nursing qualification and registration

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12.5 hours a day, working 3 shifts per week (including days and nights).
