**About the role**

We are recruiting for a Project Support Officer to provide high quality administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of our Wellbeing Review and B-corp programmes of work. Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and preparing project meetings
- Creating and sending out agendas, collating papers and reports for project meetings
- Arranging meetings including venue bookings and facilitating virtual meetings
- Developing, implementing and maintaining various project reporting/tracking methods
- Supporting the People and Culture Manager with day-to-day HR and business operation activities
- Collating and managing existing HR records and maintaining up to date employee data

- Experience of administering a project
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- High levels of attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines, using own initiative
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A self-starter happy working autonomy as well as part of a team
- Experience in HR or project management methodology is desirable
