However, they have policies in place to ensure all growth is sustainable, providing you the opportunity to further your career without concernfor over hiring or stunted progression. **The Role** **This leading Top 50 UK/ L500 Ranked Team are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution/ Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Bristol Office.** Whilst they advise across a wide variety of sectors, from Start Ups through to Global Corporates, they also have a particular reputation operating in specialist areas including Financial Services, Energy and more. This is a Commercial Litigation focusedrole, which can be supplemented by more specialist litigious work. This is a high performing team, with everyone from NQs to Partners engaged with the complexity these substantial cases. However the ethos and mentality is supportive, with a focus on nurturing talent instead of "sink or swim" You will be encouraged to take on more responsibility as you increase your knowledge of clients, cases and the way the existing team operates.
