**Job Title - Residential Child Support Worker.**

**Location - Castle Douglas - Dumfries and Galloway**

**Salary - £27,112 - £28,087 DOE & Qualifications**

**Contract type - Permanent**

**Working hours - 37.5hrs per week, as part of a rota including sleep overs (2 days on and 4 days off - average of 10 sleep overs per month)**

**You will ideally possess**:
A sound understanding of the developmental needs and milestones for children and young people
Ability to communicate, engage and form positive relationships with children and young people, parents, carers and other professionals
Ability to produce clear and concise written reports and records to a good standard
A valid manual driving licence.
